Frequently asked questions.

Q: What types of doors do you install?

A: We specialize in premium entry doors and patio doors—including single, double, and French doors. We work with wood, fiberglass, and steel, and handle full-frame replacements, threshold upgrades, and interior/exterior trim to give your new door a seamless, finished look.

Q: Do you provide the doors, or just installation?

A: Both. We can install a door you've already purchased, or help you source the right product. That said, we only work with quality doors from trusted manufacturers— not low-end kits. We want your investment to look great and last.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: Yes. Raleigh Entryworks is fully insured and every project is completed in compliance with North Carolina building code. Our installs are clean, safe, and built to perform—no shortcuts, no compromises.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We serve Raleigh and the entire Triangle, including Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Durham, Wake Forest, and surrounding towns.

Q: What’s included in a standard install?

A: We handle the entire process—from removing the old door to installing and sealing the new one with precision. As an OSI Certified Installer, we use OSI® Quad Max® and system-backed sealants to ensure professional-grade waterproofing and long-term durability. We finish every install with composite shims, clean caulk lines, and a tight weather-resistant fit.

Q: Do you offer free quotes or consultations?

A: Yes. We'll visit your home, inspect the opening, and offer a no-pressure quote. If you're still deciding on a product, we can help guide you toward options that match your goals and budget.

Q: Do you offer any warranty on your work?

A: Absolutely. All installations include a 1-year labor guarantee, and we follow manufacturer specifications and OSI installation standards to protect your door’s warranty and performance.

Q: How soon can you start?

A: We typically book 2–4 weeks out, depending on the job. If you need something fast, reach out—we’ll try to work you in.
